The successful candidate must have excellent people skills and be resourceful in order to manage the development process. The Senior Developer must possess excellent communication skills, maintain a keen sense of professionalism, be goal oriented, extremely self-driven and have a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Experience working with AJAX, CSS, Javascript, and HTML/DHTML
• Database development and SQL query, particularly, intermediate-level expertise in stored procedures
• Experience designing and coding user interfaces using GUI frameworks
• Experience with Issue Tracking software is a plus
• Experience with Source Control tools (Subversion, CVS, etc.) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate with clients in order to understand their needs and then to transform conversations to action as it relates to the Web applications development
• Must be extremely detailed and organized
• Must be a high-energy person with a passion for quality
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong documentation and debugging/QA skills
• Participates in planning and review of new releases and feature sets
• Responsible for day-to-day application production support
